This was the 128 replacement…. early cars ran very similar mechanicals and had lovely bug eye look. I wrecked a few of these for 1500 engines and five speed gearboes for 128 upgrades.
This is however the later 130TC… The ultimate hot hatch in the opinion of many motoring writers. I love the raw savagery of these cars, and after giving away a very nice 105TC to a friend, I felt I had left a hole in my 128 family.
I purchased this car recently minus the interior and with non standard wheels on it. Standards are to come separately once found in the guys shed. Here is a picture of it that I took a few years back when I was at a track event. Could not resist in this form as I was never a fan of recaro seats fitted, and plan to retro fit with bits I have been collecting, once I have removed the rust in the rear of the body shell.
